What are Gems used for?

Gems unlock classes and weapons and pay for lobby upgrades. The pink gem symbol appears beside these prices in the recorded shops.

Gems versus cash

Cash is the dollar balance displayed during a run. For example, a Minigun next-weapon button shows $2,500, while lobby class and weapon purchases use Gems. These amounts are not interchangeable. See cash, health and ability upgrades.

Confirmed announcement

The official Roblox description advertises MONKEYS for 1,000 Gems. Media sources also list SURVIVE for 1,000 Gems. See the codes page for source dates and redemption instructions.

Spending gems

Our starting advice is to claim the free tutorial Pow Pow and Survivor grenade upgrade before buying another class. After a run, compare the tool you need with the prices above. This is purchase advice, not an optimal farming or progression route.

If a reward does not arrive

Check the spelling and read the game’s response. Copying a code does not redeem it, and a code might already have been used on your account. The redemption guide covers the interface.

How can I get gems from codes?

Try MONKEYS and SURVIVE from the codes page. Both are listed for 1,000 Gems each; this wiki has not independently redeemed them.

What is the fastest way to farm gems?

The recording supplies shop prices, not a repeatable gem farming rate. We do not yet have comparable runs to name a fastest method.

What should I spend gems on first?

Take the free tutorial offers first. Then compare a Survivor skill upgrade, a weapon unlock or a new class according to what you want to change in your next run.
